The terms governing your use of arstarinc.com and our B2B business relationship.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using arstarinc.com (the "Site") or doing business with ARSTAR Inc. ("ARSTAR," "we," "us," or "our") through any channel (website, email, phone, tradeshow, direct sales), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or transact business with us.

ARSTAR Inc. is a cultured marble manufacturer headquartered in Laredo, Texas, and part of the Filiales Semex group of companies. We sell business-to-business (B2B) to hotel operators, general contractors, procurement teams, interior designers, architects, and distributors across North America.

2. Business-to-Business Use Only

The Site and our products are intended for business professionals (18+). Consumers purchasing for personal residential use should work with one of our authorized distributors; ARSTAR does not generally sell direct-to-consumer.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including product photography, technical specifications, rendered images, written copy, logos, brand marks ("ARSTAR"), and color palette names — is the exclusive property of ARSTAR Inc. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade-dress law.

  • You may view and print product information for evaluation and specification purposes in connection with a potential or actual business relationship with ARSTAR.
  • You may not copy, modify, redistribute, republish, or incorporate our content into other products or marketing materials without prior written permission.
  • Our product names, collection names (Classic Collection, Contemporary Collection, Minimalistic Collection), pattern names (Pearl Hill, Camila, Calacatta Gray Solid, etc.), and factory photography are trademarks and/or proprietary work of ARSTAR.

4. Product Specifications, Lead Times, and Colors

Published product specifications, dimensions, weights, and color renderings are intended as representative information based on standard manufacturing tolerances and typical batches. Actual products may vary within normal industry tolerances. Color reproduction on digital screens is not guaranteed — we strongly recommend requesting a physical sample before specifying or ordering.

Lead times of 2–4 weeks for standard products and 4–8 weeks for custom configurations and specialty colors are estimates based on typical production capacity and may vary seasonally or due to raw-material availability. Confirmed lead times are communicated in your individual quote or purchase order.

5. Quotes, Orders, and Payments

  • Quotes are non-binding until converted into a purchase order mutually accepted in writing.
  • Pricing is subject to change without notice, except for quotes in their validity period (typically 30 days).
  • Payment terms are defined per-customer in the applicable commercial agreement. Invoicing currency is USD unless otherwise specified.
  • Minimum order quantities apply; see your account manager for specifics.

6. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

ARSTAR's cultured marble products are manufactured under CSA B45.5 / IAPMO Z124 and ANSI, and ISO 9001:2015 standards. Our standard manufacturer's warranty is described in our Warranty document (available on request from your account manager). Except as expressly stated in that document or in a signed commercial agreement, ARSTAR disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

In no event will ARSTAR be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with use of the Site or our products, regardless of legal theory. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from an individual purchase order is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific products at issue.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (certification bodies, distributors, industry resources). Those sites are not operated by ARSTAR; we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Following such links is at your own risk.

8. Social Media and Automated Content

ARSTAR operates owned business pages on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. We use automated internal tooling to schedule and publish marketing content to these owned accounts. All posts are human-reviewed and approved by an ARSTAR marketing lead before publication. See our Privacy Statement for more detail.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Updates are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Webb County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. Nothing in this section overrides the forum-selection or dispute-resolution terms specified in an individual signed commercial agreement.
