ARSTAR warrants its cultured marble vanity tops, shower wall panels, shower pans, and lazy susans to the original purchaser for 5 years from date of purchase. Products are guaranteed free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential and commercial use when installed and maintained per ARSTAR guidelines.

  • Damage caused by improper installation or removal
  • Cracks, chips, stains, or surface damage not related to manufacturing defects
  • Normal variations in color, veining, or texture between production lots
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, impact, or excessive weight
  • Scratches, burns, chemical damage, or thermal shock
  • Damage from harsh chemicals — bleach, acetone, paint strippers, drain cleaners
  • Damage from abrasive cleaners, steel wool, scouring pads, or scrapers
  • Damage from Plumber's Putty (causes structural degradation of cultured marble)
  • Labor, installation, removal, transportation, or incidental costs
  • Products installed or maintained outside of ARSTAR's published guidelines
  • Products modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized parties
  • Cosmetic imperfections visible only under certain lighting angles that do not affect function

Full Warranty Statement

ARSTAR warrants its solid surface products to the original purchaser for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. Products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential and commercial use.

This warranty applies only when the product is installed and maintained according to ARSTAR's published installation and care guidelines. Any modification, alteration, or improper use of the product will void this warranty.

If a product is found to be defective under the terms of this warranty, ARSTAR will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product. This warranty does not include labor, installation, removal, transportation, or incidental or consequential damages. The warranty is non-transferable.

ARSTAR's liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.

How to File a Warranty Claim

Follow these steps if you believe your ARSTAR product has a manufacturing defect covered under warranty.

Take clear photos of the defect and the product label (model number, production date). Keep your original proof of purchase — receipt, invoice, or purchase order.

Evaluation

ARSTAR will review the claim and may request additional photos or an on-site inspection. Claims are typically evaluated within 5–10 business days.

Resolution

If the claim is approved, ARSTAR will repair or replace the defective product at its discretion. Replacement products will be the same model and closest available color match.

How long is the ARSTAR warranty?

ARSTAR provides a 5-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship — including gel coat finish and structural integrity — under normal residential and commercial use conditions.

Does the warranty transfer to a new owner?

The ARSTAR warranty applies to the original purchaser only. It is not transferable to subsequent owners. Proof of purchase by the original buyer is required for all warranty claims.

Does the warranty cover installation costs?

No. The warranty covers the product itself — repair or replacement of the defective unit. It does not cover labor, installation, removal, transportation, or any incidental costs associated with the warranty service.

What voids the ARSTAR warranty?

The warranty is voided by: improper installation (not following ARSTAR's installation guidelines), use of harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, modifications or alterations to the product, repairs by unauthorized parties, use of Plumber's Putty, and damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.

Are color variations covered under warranty?

Normal variations in color, veining, or texture between production lots are inherent to cultured marble manufacturing and are not covered. However, significant color deviation from the original specification within the same production lot may be covered. Contact ARSTAR with photos for evaluation.

Does the warranty cover commercial installations?

Yes. The 5-year warranty applies to both residential and commercial installations, including hotels, multifamily housing, and hospitality projects. The same terms and conditions apply — products must be installed and maintained per ARSTAR guidelines.

How do I file a warranty claim?

Can scratches and chips be repaired under warranty?

Scratches and chips caused by normal wear, impact, or misuse are not covered. If you believe a chip or crack is due to a manufacturing defect, file a claim with photos.
